About the Role

The Sales Operations and Analytics Specialist will work closely with a cross-functional team to streamline our sales process, provide accurate reporting, and maintain sales-related aspects of our environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to maintain speed and consistency throughout the sales process
  • Develop and maintain training materials for new hires on our internal Salesforce environment and sales process
  • Support direct sales reps during the contracting process and handle new business, renewals, and existing customer amendments
  • Identify opportunities to improve the sales process and enhance customer experience
  • Partner with leadership and sales reps to track and analyze sales and marketing key performance indicators and metrics
  • Create and maintain sales and business development dashboards and reports to track progress toward company goals
  • Assist in optimizing sales-specific functionality within our internal environment
  • Contribute to data cleansing efforts with external sources and load/export data via the Apex Data Loader and other tools
  • Perform detailed analysis of the sales process and facilitate easier functional usage of our internal SFDC environment
  • Lead training webinars for internal team members on the use of our environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional experience in operations, sales, finance, contracts, or related fields
  • Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Salesforce Administration or Implementation experience
  • Ability and desire to learn administration and attain certifications within 90 days of role commencement
  • Data management skills, including advanced Excel and SOQL
  • Knowledge of Sales Key Performance Indicators
  • Highly professional with strong communication skills
