Lincat is a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, supplying products to a global network of distributors and end-users. We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to join our sales team and drive the growth of our business in international markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive export sales strategy to achieve targeted growth and profitability.
- Manage a portfolio of international distributors and ensure they are knowledgeable about our product range and capable of achieving maximum sales within their market.
- Negotiate representation agreements and sales contracts with distributors, ensuring alignment with company policy and market conditions.
- Research and evaluate new market opportunities, identifying potential for growth and developing written proposals for the Sales Director.
- Prepare and present regular reports on business opportunities, market conditions, product development opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Attend international exhibitions to promote our product range and stay up-to-date with market developments.
- Manage CRM records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on distributors, contacts, and market conditions.
- Proven experience in export territory management, preferably in the commercial kitchen equipment industry.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and end-users.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
- Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and clean driving license.
