Regional Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Associate to join our global Christian organisation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Donor Ministries Manager and Department in growing our network of supporters and maximising income and prayer support into the ministry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage fundraising and donations to support the ministry's growth and development
  • Engage and secure new networks of support to enhance our donor base
  • Minister to donors and their families, building strong relationships and nurturing their support
  • Build a portfolio of key influencers and stakeholders to promote the ministry's work
  • Manage existing donors and relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Deliver messages and presentations to churches, conferences, and events, sharing the ministry's vision and impact
  • Host meetings and presentations to engage with stakeholders and promote the ministry's work
  • Report and update our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and analysis of donor interactions
  • Plan and budget for fundraising initiatives and events, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Travel to meetings and events, representing the ministry and building relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Experience in a fundraising, business development, or relationship management role
  • Strong networking skills and experience in building and maintaining relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships, with a strong focus on donor engagement and retention
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Motivated and self-driven, with a passion for the ministry's work and a desire to make a meaningful contribution
  • Experience using CRM systems and other fundraising tools
  • Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Experience in prayer ministry, with a deep understanding of the importance of prayer in supporting the ministry's work
