The Regional Commercial Analytics Associate Director plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making within the International Commercial organization. Reporting to the Director of Global Insights Analytics & Commercial Operations (GIACO), this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to regional and country teams, leveraging data and analytics to inform business-critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support regional leadership teams in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure alignment on key performance indicators (KPIs) and consistent tracking of performance.
- Support change management efforts by building data and digital literacy within the region.
- Ensure data quality is maintained to high standards across the region, enabling effective and efficient reporting.
- Coordinate with countries and International HQ functions for key data, analytics, and market research initiatives.
- Proven experience in a similar field and equivalent combined education.
- Prior commercial (or commercial excellence/Field Force Excellence) experience within a similar field.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Digital agility and understanding of multi-channel marketing and market research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in verbal and written English.
