Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead our client partnerships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services to clients, managing large accounts, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute client partnerships to deliver business value through advanced analytics solutions.
  • Manage large accounts and drive account growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to create winning proposals and drive new business growth.
  • Lead a team of data and analytics professionals to deliver high-impact projects and solutions.
  • Engage with CXO and VP/Director-level stakeholders to define business problems and construct solution approaches.
Requirements
  • 10-14 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services to clients.
  • Experience in managing large accounts and driving account growth.
  • Ability to engage with CXO and VP/Director-level stakeholders and lead global teams.
  • Knowledge of domains like CPG, Retail & FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with global teams and travel up to 50% across the UK and Europe.
  • Education Qualification – Bachelor's or Higher degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
