Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our analytics team, you will work closely with clients to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs. Your expertise in data analytics will help drive business value and inform strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics solutions that meet client needs.
  • Present complex analytics findings to senior management and business stakeholders.
  • Manage analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve analytics capabilities.
Requirements
  • 9-14 years of professional experience in data analytics, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership or senior analyst role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-impact analytics solutions that drive business value.
  • Strong understanding of the CPG space and ability to develop tailored analytics solutions.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills, with experience working with global teams.
  • Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and big data systems, such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive, is a plus.
