Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply data science techniques to solve business problems in the CPG space.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to translate business needs into high-level analytics solutions.
  • Present analytics solutions to business audiences, highlighting their robustness and potential business value.
  • Manage analytics projects, working closely with global teams and client stakeholders.
  • Participate in discussions to select and apply relevant analytic techniques, creating actionable business insights.
  • Communicate results to senior management and develop plans to operationalize analytics solutions.
Requirements:
  • 9-14 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in data analytics.
  • Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders to translate business problems into analytics solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of the CPG space.
  • Strong project management and team management skills, with experience working with global teams.
  • A solid understanding of statistical and machine-learning algorithms is a plus.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with analytic tools like R & Python, and visualization tools like Tableau & Power BI.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems like Hadoop HDFS, and Hive is a plus.
  • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytics outputs in business processes.
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
