Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Manager/Associate Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact analytics projects, driving account growth, and leading a team of data and analytics professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver business value through advanced analytics solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale analytics programs.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to create compelling proposals and win new business.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored analytics roadmaps.
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, driving account growth and revenue expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and AI, applying this knowledge to drive business value.
Requirements
  • 10-14 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics consulting services.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of domains like CPG, Retail, and FMCG is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of individual responsibility.
