Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to solve complex business problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics frameworks and solutions.
  • Lead teams of business analysts to create data-driven solutions and drive business outcomes.
  • Architect and implement data analytics frameworks and solutions to solve data-driven business problems.
  • Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive models in production at enterprise scale.
  • Utilize advanced analytics techniques, including Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI, to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 7-15 years of Data Science expertise in the FMCG space, with a preference for CPG domain experience.
  • 3-4 years of supply chain experience, with a focus on demand, supply, shipping, and inventory planning.
  • Experience working with large data sets and business analysis problems.
  • Ability to work with offshore teams and solve vague business problems using data analytics solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with experience in supply chain planning and operations, e-commerce, and store retail.
  • Strong technical and analytical skill set, including R, Python, SQL, Git, SAS, Tableau, Alteryx, and Azure Tech Stack.
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solutions.
  • Strong project management and team management skills, with the ability to work with global teams.
