We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Associate to join our team at HK Recruitment, a leading global recruitment agency. As a Regional Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our Donor Ministries Manager and Department in growing our network of supporters and maximizing income and prayer support into the ministry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage fundraising and donations, ensuring effective stewardship of resources and maximizing returns.
  • Engage and secure new networks of support, building relationships with key influencers and stakeholders.
  • Minister to donors and their families, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Build a portfolio of key influencers, identifying and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Manage existing donors and relationships, nurturing and growing our supporter base.
  • Deliver messages (public speaking) to churches, conferences, and events, communicating our mission and vision.
  • Host meetings and presentations, showcasing our organization's impact and value.
  • Reporting and updating our CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Planning and budgeting, contributing to the development of our strategic plans and financial goals.
  • Travelling to meetings, representing our organization and building relationships with key stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in a fundraising, business development, or relationship management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Networking experience, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate our mission and vision.
  • Relationship building skills and nurturing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Motivated and driven, with a passion for our organization's mission and values.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
  • It literate, with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Experience in prayer ministry, with a deep understanding of our organization's spiritual mission.

**Desirable Qualifications:**

  • An existing network of church and Christian influencer contacts, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
