Regional Sales Associate

Arlon Graphics LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our expanding EMEA team, based in the United Kingdom. As a Regional Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales within the graphic film/vinyl/plastics sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and outcomes within agreed-upon timeframes.
  • Support Distribution Channel Partners: Contact and support regional and national distribution channel partners to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Educate and Train: Educate distribution partners on how to sell our products and best deliver our value proposition.
  • Build Relationships with End Users: Build relationships with End User accounts to create distributor pull-through business.
  • Visit Customers: Visit existing customers and potential new customers to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Support Customer Inquiries: Support customer inquiries/technical issues/needs and elevate technical issues to Tech Service or Quality.
  • Engage Technical Resources: Engage technical resources to help facilitate the best customer experiences with Arlon products and close new business.
  • Qualify Targets: Qualify the right targets for technical training/showcases/distributor hosted workshops.
  • Provide Reports: Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, market trends, and potential for new products and services.
  • Coordinate Sales Effort: Coordinate sales effort with the Marketing department to support promotions.
  • Attend Events: Attend trade shows, open houses, golf outings, and networking events as needed.
Requirements:
  • GCSEs: General Certificate of Secondary Education in subjects such as English and Math's.
  • Preferred Qualifications: A-levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Work Experience: Minimum five (5) years recent relevant work experience, with minimum two (2) years in a Sales role.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability, availability, and willingness to travel as per business needs, active travel documents, driver license, and insurance.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office proficiency, working knowledge of CRM and web research, strong communication skills in the English language, proven ability to build and maintain relationships, negotiation and persuasion skills with a customer-focused mindset, and commitment to organizational goals and values.
