The Regional Commercial Analytics Associate Director plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making within the International Commercial organization. Reporting to the Director of Global Insights Analytics & Commercial Operations (GIACO), this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to regional and country teams, leveraging data and analytics to inform business-critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regional and country-level performance metrics, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with regional leadership teams to design and implement data-driven strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a robust analytics framework, driving data quality and integrity.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to regional and country teams, ensuring investments are optimized and course corrections are made as needed.
- Support the development of a data-driven culture within the region, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proven experience in a similar field, with a strong background in commercial analytics and business intelligence.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with regional and country teams.
- Fluency in verbal and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
