Compliance and Secretariat Specialist

About the Company:

Graff Search is delighted to offer a Compliance and Secretariat Specialist position with a leading retail and consumer bank in Central London.

The role will involve supporting the Company Secretary in maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and communicating with stakeholders.

Salary:

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

This role will require you to provide administrative support to the Company Secretary, including maintaining statutory books, arranging meetings, and preparing minutes.

You will also support the Company Secretary in advising stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters, researching legal and regulatory developments, and communicating these developments to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in administration, with a strong understanding of corporate secretarial practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
