About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in the Medical Directorate and help us develop and grow our Rheumatology service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing new models of care, implementing them through successful networking with local clinicians and healthcare providers, and leading your department in the provision of high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new models of care that meet the needs of our patients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with local clinicians and healthcare providers to build strong relationships and achieve shared goals.
  • Ensure that Medefer meets the requirements of the CQC and clinical quality components of our contractual obligations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £15,300 per year, as well as flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development. This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 1 PA per week (4 hours), which can be worked remotely.
