About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to join our team at Connect Health Group Limited. As a key member of our rheumatology service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a complex clinical caseload, working closely with experienced rheumatology consultants to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver one-stop clinics, streamlining patient care and improving outcomes.
  • Contribute to research and education initiatives, advancing medical knowledge and improving patient care.
  • Advocate for culturally sensitive treatment plans and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

Person specification:

  • Advanced practice physiotherapy qualification and registration with the HCPC.
  • Experience in leading rheumatology services and conducting research in rheumatology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
