Job Description

We're looking for a Programmatic Sales Leader to join our team in London. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with agencies, trading desks, and DSPs to drive revenue growth.

About the Role
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage a team of Automation Leads, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Collaborate with Global Sales to create game plans for revenue expansion and programmatic adoption

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in programmatic and digital media sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of revenue generation
- Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem and trends around programmatic best practices

What We Offer
- Estimated salary: £150,000 - £220,000 per year
- Flexible share incentives allowing you to choose how you share in our success
- Global parental leave, six months off - fully paid - for all new parents

Working Environment
This role will be based out of our London office, requiring you to come into the office three times a week.
