About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Revenue Specialist to join our team at Dmgmedia. As a key member of our Digital Direct Team, you will be responsible for driving and achieving Programmatic Direct budgets across PMP, PG, and Performance revenue streams.

Your primary focus will be on helping drive client success with all agencies, aiming to strengthen and develop Mail Metro Media's Programmatic in-market presence and product suite.

You will work closely with agency partners to upsell, manage, and execute data-infused programmatic deals that drive client results. Understanding the importance of 1st party data is vital to the success of this role.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively discover and utilise programmatic market leads using market intelligence.
  • Work closely with our Commercial Audience Data Team to identify data upselling opportunities across key clients and verticals.
  • Support the Sales team by fielding internal/external programmatic capabilities questions.
  • Oversee and manage client campaign portfolios, controlling delivery and performance, surfacing insights, and educating customers on best practices.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues from a basic level.
  • Work with agency partners to create media plans and respond to briefs with a programmatic and data-first approach.
  • Collaboration across all internal teams (Programmatic Operations, Creative, Client & Planning, Partnerships) to ensure all commercial teams are equipped to sell and deliver on programmatic revenue.
Requirements
  • Up-to-date knowledge on the programmatic landscape – PMP & PG, Ad Tech, DSP's, SSPs, DMPs.
  • Proficiency in media planning and reporting.
