Job Opportunity: SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide high-quality support to our pupils with diverse needs.

This is a full-time position, working from 8:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time. The role involves supporting pupils in various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community, to aid their learning, development, and progress across the curriculum.

  • Supporting pupils with complex needs, such as PMLD, autism, and medical conditions, to achieve their educational and personal goals.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and respect for all pupils, upholding the values of the school.
  • Providing high-quality support in all aspects of the role, emphasizing empowerment and support for our pupils.

Requirements: Relevant professional or personal experience in SEN is required for this role. Please see the FAQ's on the Teaching Personnel website for details on qualifications and training.

Estimated Salary: £28,500 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
