Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to encourage resident engagement, including organizing events, activities, and promotions that enhance the living experience.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety issues are reported and addressed promptly, maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
  • Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct thorough inspections before resident move-ins and post-checkout inspections, ensuring that all apartments are clean, tidy, and meet our high standards.
  • Occupancy Management: Assist in maintaining full occupancy of apartments by participating in viewings and providing excellent customer service to potential residents.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the property sector, hospitality, or student accommodation.
