Job Title: Resident Service Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Resident Service Assistant to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site property management services to our residents, including administration, compliance, and events.
  • Manage a team of 7 front of house staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive community spirit.
  • Build effective relationships with residents, visitors, and the local community, enhancing the overall living experience.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Assist with emergency situations, including reporting incidents and providing support to residents and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs, including visitor records and site maintenance reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive team effort.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, think on your feet, and make considered decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly personality.
  • Organized, meticulous, and tenacious, with a strong attention to detail.
  • IT literate and social media savvy, with excellent written and spoken etiquette.
  • Strong financial management skills and the ability to lead a team to success.

Working Hours: 5 over 7 days (40 hours per week) - flexibility is required.

Salary: Up to £27,500.
