About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Management Secretary to join our team at Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Modern Matron, ensuring the smooth operation of the service.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Modern Matron, including diary management, email management, and preparation of documents and papers for meetings.
- Deal with routine correspondence and telephone calls on behalf of the Modern Matron.
- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including compiling candidate letters and arranging interview dates.
- Prepare and coordinate new staff inductions.
- Undertake any other duties as requested by the Modern Matron or service.

Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with: Educated to NVQ 2 level or equivalent in an appropriate subject. Demonstrable experience of working in a busy environment, office procedures, and workload management. Experience of office procedures.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous NHS experience or other large public sector organisation would be an advantage.
