Clinical Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Forensic Psychologist to lead our clinical team in providing evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care to individuals with complex forensic mental health needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in forensic and clinical psychology, experience working with individuals with complex backgrounds/needs, and a good understanding of the sector. They will be able to teach, train, consult, and deliver clinical supervision, as well as understand and apply safeguarding protocols as they arise.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level training in Applied Psychology (or equivalent) as accredited by the BPS (or equivalent awarding body) and HCPC registration as an applied Psychologist (registration number must be provided in the application form).

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of **£55,000** (Full Time Equivalent), 25 days annual leave, increasing with the length of service, and access to courses, upskilling, and progression plans. We also offer a range of benefits, including a CPD budget of £500 per annum, NHS Blue Card eligibility, and Employee Assistance Programme, including counselling.
