Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Senior Practitioners to join our team in Croydon. As a Senior Children Services Practitioner, you will provide leadership of practice through exemplary direct work and staff development. You will be responsible for delivering or contributing to positive safety and well-being outcomes for children, supporting team members in developing their level of practice and confidence.

You will have a developed ability to deliver on outcomes and function as a role model for your team. Key responsibilities include engagement and relationship building, case holding, analytical and continuous assessment, high standard of report writing, making professional judgments and recommendations, and developing, co-ordinating, implementing, and reviewing evidence-based plans.

Able to maintain records that evidence our engagement with children and families, informing the quality assurance framework. Essential Requirements include qualified social worker registration with Social Work England, foundation-level systemic practice qualification (desired), and knowledge of national policy, legislation, statutory guidance, standards, and procedures related to children's social care.
