Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to support up to 4 members of the Executive Team with ad-hoc duties, helping to drive the success of the small team.

As EA and Office Manager, you will report directly into the EA to CEO and oversee the Team assistant, providing administrative support and ensuring seamless operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A team-player and confident communicator
  • Experience in similar boutique companies, e.g. start-ups or private equity would be ideal
  • Experience supporting multiple people as an EA and having assisted with Office Management is a must
  • Enthusiastic and engaged by the project and in alignment with the company values
