Responsibilities:

  • Schedule management: Organise and manage complex calendars, prioritising and coordinating internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and events.">
  • Project coordination: Assist with the execution of critical projects, including research, document preparation, and strategic planning.">
  • Client liaison: Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication.">
  • Office management: Ensure the smooth running of the office, including ordering supplies, managing facilities, and assisting with office-related administrative tasks.">

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as an EA or in a similar administrative role.">
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.">
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.">
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.">
