Administrative Coordinator EA Job Opportunity

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our executive team in the London office.

As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.

You will work closely with the Office Manager and other EAs to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficient in Microsoft Office suite, and experience working in a similar EA/PA role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to senior executives
  • Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating events
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
