We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator and Operations Coordinator to join our EA First team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the daily functions of the team. This includes ensuring the efficient processing of employee data, managing HR and payroll systems, and maintaining personnel filing systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a 3-day onsite presence. Parking facilities are available on site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing HR data in a timely manner, adhering to department standards.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity of employee information at all times, in line with Data Protection legislation.
  • Providing timely support to employees regarding HR issues, offering guidance on HR policies and promoting overall personnel welfare.
  • Assisting with additional HR tasks as directed by the HR Business Partner.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in an HR or administrative capacity, preferably within a similar environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy in data processing.
  • Familiarity with HR and payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of Data Protection legislation and its application in HR practices.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
