About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer at Bain and Gray.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established EA to join our team, working four days in our offices near Green Park and one day working from home.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an EA, preferably with some PLC experience, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence.
  • Work collaboratively with other Office EAs to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and contribute to the development of business plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an EA, preferably in a PLC environment.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A salary range of £52,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
