A prestigious opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join the Pastry Kitchen team at one of London's finest five-star hotels as their Junior Sous Pastry Chef.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of food preparation and service is maintained in the Pastry Kitchen. This will involve working closely with the Pastry Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas, as well as maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of pastry preparation and presentation
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
