Pastry Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury boutique 5 red star hotel near Green Park in London.

About the Role:

As a Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will work closely with our talented Pastry Chef to manage the day-to-day running of the brigade, oversee menu planning, and ensure exceptional food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the pastry brigade, ensuring efficient and effective operation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, working closely with the Pastry Chef
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

We are looking for a Pastry Junior Sous Chef with a minimum of 5 star and 2 AA Rosette experience. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional pastry dishes and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
