Pastry Junior Sous Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team at a luxury boutique hotel in Green Park, London. As a key member of the pastry brigade, you will work closely with our talented Pastry Chef to manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality and safety standards.

About the Role
  • Manage menus, food safety, and kitchen operations
  • Work alongside a seasoned Pastry Chef with extensive culinary expertise
  • Contribute to the creation of innovative pastry dishes
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality and presentation

Requirements
