We are seeking a talented Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Brown's Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional pastries and desserts for our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Pastry Sous Chef in the creation of our pastry and dessert menu
  • Deliver exceptional cookery skills and attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
