B2B Sales Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead generation
- Input and maintain accurate data on our CRM system
- Assist in meeting sales and customer service targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in internal sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software and CRM systems
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum
- A bonus scheme and profit share
- 33 days holiday and a contributory pension scheme
This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday.
