We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Base Materials. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong business relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and lead generation
  • Input and maintain accurate data on our CRM system
  • Assist in meeting sales and customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office software and CRM systems

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum
  • A bonus scheme and profit share
  • 33 days holiday and a contributory pension scheme

This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday.
