Skilled Caregiver for Elderly Residents

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our care home team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You will work closely with our experienced care team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include providing person-centered care, supporting residents with daily activities, and engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
Responsibilities:
- Support residents with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and meal times
- Assist with medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Participate in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation among residents
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans
