About the Role

The Elderly Patient Support Specialist will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support to our residents. As a senior care assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring your team, supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

This position requires strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure exceptional quality of care and support. You will contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that respects the dignity and preferences of our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a team of dedicated care assistants
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers true flexibility, with varying hours and days based on the need for cover due to annual leave or sick leave.

Requirements: To join us as an Elderly Patient Support Specialist, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is essential. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to giving each resident individualized care and support.
