Business Development Manager

To drive business growth and achieve budgeted sales, profit, and market share through strategic partnerships with Colgate-Palmolive customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to deliver mutual sales and margin growth.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their shopper and optimize Colgate-Palmolive brands and strategies.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Align with internal functional collaborators to accelerate profitable growth and implement tailored commercial plans.
