About the Opportunity

Cavendish Maine, a leading organisation in the DIY sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen our team and drive growth.

This role offers a unique chance to develop your career in a dynamic company that values employee growth and development.

We are looking for someone who can win and develop key National Accounts within the DIY, Mass Merchant, Retailer, and Independent Retailer sectors.

  • Responsibilities will include planning, managing, and delivering effective sales strategies to meet revenue and profit targets across a portfolio of customers.
  • You will work closely with the Head of Retail to develop trading strategies through joint business plans, aligned to annual fiscal targets and long-term objectives.
  • A successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating cross-functional plans to deliver business objectives aligned to customer joint business plans.

Requirements

  • You will have experience winning and developing retail National Accounts within the DIY, Retail, and Merchant sector at a Head office level.
  • Key skills required include goal-oriented behaviour, confidence, outgoing personality, ability to work well under pressure, and succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Able to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.

Remuneration Package
