**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Department Manager to join our team at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Management of the department/unit, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality patient care.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve patient flow, diagnostic test prescription, and discharge processes.
  • Liaison with multidisciplinary teams to support 28-day faster diagnostic and cancer pathways.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Evidence of ongoing professional development and specialist clinical and managerial training.
  • A Master's Degree and registration as a Registered Nurse (RNs1/2/12 or RN Child) on the NMC register.
  • Experience of managing an area, including rotas, resources, budgets, and staff.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data and findings.

**Salary:** £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
