Clinical Pharmacy Manager

We are looking for an experienced pharmacy technician to join our team as a clinical pharmacy manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pharmacy technicians in the locality, ensuring they are supported to work effectively across inpatient and community settings.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services. You will work closely with the Chief Pharmacist and Lead Clinical Pharmacists to identify service gaps and areas for improvement, implementing and monitoring clinical pharmacy standards.
As a key member of our team, you will be involved in providing training and developing audits and projects to evaluate and improve services. You will also be responsible for promoting seamless and integrated care for patients with mental health conditions, supporting the transition of patients across care settings.
