We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our MRI department as a Clinical Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, delivering exceptional patient care, and providing administrative support to our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients in a professional and courteous manner, coordinating their arrival and departure, and escorting them to and from the clinical area as required.
  • Explaining procedures in full and ensuring any questions or concerns are managed professionally.
  • Completing patient pre-scan data protection/consent forms and health and safety questionnaires where applicable.
  • Assessing and monitoring patients' conditions after procedures, reporting any changes to relevant staff immediately.
  • Ensuring patient focus is central to our success by delivering an excellent level of patient care throughout.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong understanding of health and safety and infection control.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team, with flexibility in working patterns to fulfill site requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good understanding of Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong administration skills, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Experience in a similar healthcare role or a customer-focused environment, with a willingness to learn and attend courses to enhance knowledge and skills.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
