About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Adult and Community Skills Coach to join our team in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, preferably in an Emergency Department, and be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a Teaching and Assessing qualification.

As an Emergency Department Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff in emergency departments, ensuring they have the necessary skills to provide high-quality patient care.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £56,000 per annum, depending on experience.
