Job Title: Service Department Lead

KPI People, a busy franchised car dealership in Maidstone, requires an experienced Service Reception Manager (Senior Service Advisor) to join their successful Aftersales team. Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will assist the Aftersales Manager with the running of the Service Department, ensuring the customer experience is of the highest quality. The estimated salary for this position is £39,000, with the potential to earn up to £54,300 (OTE).

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Aftersales Manager with daily operations
  • Allocate customers to Service Advisors
  • Ensure timely and polite handling of customer queries
  • Manage collection and delivery tasks

Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience as a Service Reception Manager or Senior Service Advisor
  • Full UK driving licence
