Housekeeping Department Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Department Lead to join our team at Maidstone Care Centre in Maidstone, Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping department, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure effective delivery of cleaning services.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet the needs of residents and staff.
  • Monitor and control cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.

Salary: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
