About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part-Time Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Maidstone. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing a team of Customer Team Members, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • To manage a team of Customer Team Members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • To maintain high standards of store presentation, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • To work closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • To develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Customer Team Members

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 years old
  • An ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:£32 per hour
