Department Production Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gluing team, ensuring that all production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality. This will involve leading and managing the team, planning and scheduling preventative maintenance, and collaborating with other teams to resolve production issues.
Responsibilities:- Leading and managing the gluing team to ensure production targets are met.
- Planning and scheduling preventative maintenance for gluing machines.
- Collaborating with other teams to resolve production issues.
- Developing and training team members to enhance skills and performance.
- A highly competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- A Monday to Friday schedule with shifts available: 06:00 – 14:30 or 14:00 – 22:30.
- On-site parking.
