About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Planning and Support Administrator to join our Forensic Engineering team, GBB, in Preston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving forensic instructions from customers, organizing workloads, booking appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with inbound and outbound calls to provide professional and empathetic service
  • Data inputting and accepting new jobs onto our database
  • Arranging inspections with customers and ensuring work is performed within Service Level Agreements
  • Dealing with queries from customers, insurance companies, and law firms via email and phone
  • Route planning for field engineers

Requirements:

  • A professional and adaptable communication style, both written and verbal
  • Efficient administrative skills, with strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
  • A proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach to work
