About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a team that has a positive impact on the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. As the Head of Intensive Case Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support individuals with complex needs and multiple disadvantages.

You will work closely with local communities, volunteers, and other organizations to encourage system change and provide pathways to community-based specialist services and support.

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with a track record of operational management and a background in leading teams to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable people. You will have a collaborative approach, sharing ideas and proposing solutions to support the team in adapting to challenges and change.

Your leadership will be crucial in driving positive and systemic change, helping us work towards our strategic goals.
