About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that has a positive impact on the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness. As the Head of Intensive Case Management and Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team that provides high-quality, evidence-led services to vulnerable people.

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with a track record of operational management and team leadership. You will have a background in leading teams to deliver impactful services to vulnerable people. Your leadership style will be collaborative, and you will be able to adapt and work through challenges and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Develop and implement effective partnerships with local communities, volunteers, and other organizations
  • Identify and develop opportunities for system change to help individuals facing homelessness
  • Collaborate with the Crisis Skylight London leadership team to achieve the organization's strategic goals
