About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our Crisis Skylight London team as the Head of Intensive Case Management. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide intensive case management services to individuals experiencing homelessness. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in driving positive change and helping us achieve our strategic goals.

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with a track record of operational management and a background in leading teams to deliver high-quality services to vulnerable individuals. You will have a collaborative approach, sharing ideas and proposing solutions to support the team in adapting to challenges and change. Your leadership will be crucial in driving positive and systemic change, helping us work towards our strategic goals.
