We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Intensive Case Management team. As Head of Intensive Case Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support individuals experiencing homelessness with complex needs.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver high-quality services that address the root causes of homelessness.

About You

We are looking for a strong leader with a track record of operational management and team leadership. You will have a deep understanding of the issues surrounding homelessness and a passion for making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to support individuals experiencing homelessness with complex needs
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective partnerships
  • Contribute to the development of our 10-year strategy to end homelessness
